Session 11: A funny thing happened on the way to Scrapwall

The party reunites after the disaster in Torch, sorting out Meyanda's escape and the explosion of the warehouse. Dovin, inspecting the garrison/jail, finds evidence of Micah's treachery, but decides to keep it secret for now. Dolgra Freddert, councilor of Torch, once again seeks out the party to offer them 1,000 gp each if they follow up and make sure Meyanda poses no further threat to Torch.

The party decides to head to Scrapwall, stopping by the crusader rest point at Aldronard's Grave along the way to check in with Elias's contact Aurelia Flux about some missing crusaders. At Aldronard's Grave, Elias's suspicions are raised by Aurelia's strange behavior, but Dovin urges the party to continue on to Scrapwall. Ignoring the situation at Aldronard's Grave, the party pays for passage downstream, and are about to board the boat when they are ambushed by some of the guards.

Hearing the apparent commander shouting orders, Elias realizes the disguised crusaders are actually members of the Chapel of Rent Flesh, a strange cult based in Chessed that has been known to abduct people, whose members ritualistally scar themsevles, including cutting from their mouths to their eyes, resulting in their strange accents.

Ultiamtely the party makes their escape after killing a few of the cultists. Now the party has to decide whether to make their way to Scrapwall or further investigate the scene at the fort.
